After that, i can only J out the vehicle and return to hangar becuase I am eternally bug in that loop. This needs to be change back to what was before.
I always kept it in historical, as I don't care about ppl hentai wraps I hope the moderators fix this issue and add an option to download files of that kind optional. It is necessary to re-enable the option of historical skins because it is impossible to play realistic battle of planes or tanks, it is not good because someone wants to put eyes or toilet paper in their tank, they have to download files in the middle of the game.
I wonder if this is why I seem to get mega packet loss as soon as my plane gets near the battlefield in ground RB. Most of the time it means loss of control and crashing into the ground. It happens in tanks too when trying to drive into battle, usually resulting in spinning out or hitting an obstacle. You can manually download skins if you look at them in the preview, so why not give the option to get all files or split them by vehicle type.
This did not happen when there was the option of only historical camouflages. At this point looks like they don't give a warthunder about the players so don't hold your breath.
Did I wrote it in German? Well, apparently there is no solution or hope. Share More sharing options Followers 3. Prev 1 2 Next Page 1 of 2. Report post. Posted March
 More sharing options J26Lennox26 Posted March 15 edited.
Edited March 15 by J26Lennox Posted March 18 edited. Submarine Av All these are only a small part of the results of sound improvements made over the past one and a half to two years. All these changes were met by you the players very positively, as we learnt from the results of the polls on our website. In addition, we monitor the War Thunder forums to stay in the loop in regards to your wishes for sound.
Some write wishes and critique via personal messages on social networks, or e-mail. Thank you! During the process of implementing all these improvements, we began to realize that the old Fmod Ex sound engine, which was introduced long ago with any customer support stopped a few years ago, it was beginning to exhaust itself, maximising our potential with it here. Fun fact: The uncompressed sound sources of War Thunder contain more than 82, files summing up to about 20 gigabytes!
The transition was quite difficult. The uncompressed sound sources of War Thunder contain more than 82, files summing up to about 20 gigabytes. All this had to be transferred to a new project. Even though Fmod Studio allowed us to import the project from the old version - all the resulting sound events had to be checked and finished off manually, since the old project used effects and controllers that were not implemented in the newer version.
It was also necessary to make sure that all this would work properly on other platforms besides the PC. Now, finally, we can say that this work is done. For sound mods enthusiasts, there are two bits of news: both a good one and a bad one. This is due to the brand new Fmod Studio data formats. However, soon after the release of 1. So, stay tuned. The new audio engine offers solid groundwork for further improvements.
In the future, we will be able to expand the functionality of the sound design for the game in accordance with modern industry standards HDRA, binaural sound, occlusion of objects, etc. Currently, we can highlight the improvements in the following points compared to the previous version:. That's all for now friends. We really need and appreciate your continued constructive criticism of the sound in War Thunder.
Share your suggestions and ask questions in the comments below, as well as on the War Thunder forums! Can't wait to Ignore everything they Implemented this Patch except for the Sounds IMO, this is the best feature of the 1.
Thanks for your hard work. Do not be surprised when you will not hear enemy standing right behind the corner - since new update you will be able to switch off the engine :. Seems quite nice so far. I just hope that it wont mass with the sounds from inside the cockpit. It took long enough to get the sounds in SB to a somewhat appropriate state. And I still do not agree with the option to lower the volume on your engine sound, while raising the volume of other machines.
Thats more than a bit fishy. If in your opinion it's useless and unnecessary, have you considered not watching it? It's not like he's forcing you.
At least I don't think he is This is super cool! I really love the effort you keep putting in your game! Some constructive critisism: I rather play a game that plays well and consistently and is properly balanced than a really good looking wreck though. It's like with girlfriends.
